Which premier league side will win the title?

Five days to go for the kick-off of the 2022-2023 premier league season. A different one that every PL fan is locking forward to. Many aspects like the draft of good players and coaches, the hunger of winning silverwares(trophies) and the reconquest of Europe, explain the expectations of the fans.

The big Six...

Manchester City won the last title on the last matchday over AstonVilla. Despite losing Raheem Sterling, Fernadinho and Gabriel Jesus, they strengthenned their squad with the signing of the young norwegian forward Erling Hallad from BVB Dortmund and the argentinian Julian Alvarez from River Plates just like the englishman midfield Kalvin Philips from Leeds United. So the Pep Gardiola side are still running behind their first Champions League trophee which is missing in their silverware cupboard since the arriving of the emiraties. They aren't the only side which purshased talented players. Liverpool, 2nd of the last term lost the winner of best African player award, Sadio Mané who signed for Bayern Munchen with which he won the Supercup ef Germany yesterday. So Liverpool has signed the uruguayan striker Darwin Nuñez from Benfica Lisbonne to "fill up" the departure of the senegalese star. With the signing of Luiz Dias back in January their attack front-line can help them win the Premier league and why not the Champions League.

Chelsea has lost Lukaku to Inter Milan, Antonio Rüdiger who signed to Real Madrid for free Christensen to Barcelone. But the blues have signed Kalidou Koulibaly from Naples, and the tactician who is Thomas Tuchël can help them contain for silverwares too. As well they got back their loannees like Gallager, Ethan Ampadu, Batshuayi, Emerson Palmieri, Armando Broja and Kennedy.

However the teams which deserve to be followed with a big interest are Arsenal and Tot'nham Hotspurs. The gunners has just signed Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus who's been very awful in the pre-saison reflecting the image of the team, both from Man City. Arsenal is a big containder for the final title if they aren't disrupted by injuries because they have a deep squad and a good staff behind. The deepness of the different squads is going to have a big impact in every competition this season(subject in witch we'll come back).

On the other hand, The spurs are the quiet power which appear since the appointment of Antonio Conté. Futher more, they have signed some good players since January like Dejan Kulusevsky, Betancur, Richarlisson,Perisić, Pape Matar Sarr(the Best young african player, awarded by the African confederation of football), Yves Bissouma. What special players, aren't they? Totnham can hope for the title.

To be continued...

Gorgui Ciss déchu!

Image
